Young or old, sick or healthy – a cage-free sanctuary for cats rescued from hopeless situations. Tabby’s Place has been helping cats since 1999 when Jonathan Rosenberg resigned from his job and committed himself to creating Tabby’s Place: a Cat Sanctuary. Today, they have a one building location that can accommodate 95 cats and dreams of adding two additional buildings to accommodate up to 400 cats. Can you help?

Tabby’s Place is a cage-free sanctuary that provides refuge to cats in hopeless situations. As part of this labor of love, we:
- Rescue cats from desperate circumstances: Tabby’s Place embraces cats regardless of age, most medical issues, or personality. Tabby’s Place is a haven for the neediest cats of all, including cats with such Special Needs as cancer, diabetes, paraplegia and heart disease. At Tabby’s Place, these cats are able to live full and happy lives with the medical care, love, and affection they deserve.
- Supply medical care: Tabby’s Place makes a promise to every cat in our care: once she is a Tabby’s Place cat, she will receive all the medical care she needs to have a happy, healthy life, regardless of cost. Whether young and healthy or living with Special Needs, our cats receive first-rate care, both here at Tabby’s Place and at specialized treatment centers.
- Provide a nurturing environment: When a cat comes to Tabby’s Place, she goes from desperate circumstances to a world of love. We provide cats with the tenderness, patience and personalized care they need to trust people, whatever their past. At Tabby’s Place, cats from hopeless situations enjoy life in bright, open suites that have been designed to meet their needs and delight their senses. Tabby’s Place’s revolutionary design was built for felines from the ground up.
